OONI OF IFE TAKES A SECOND WIFE IN ABSENTIA..

The Ooni of Ife, Adeyeye Ogunwusi, on Saturday married a new wife, Wuraola Otiti, a daughter of the families of Obanor and Obayuwana, in Benin City.

The Ooni was not at the tradition marriage but was represented by his family memebers and council of chiefs.

The reception of the traditional wedding held at the Edo Hotel at No 4, Okada Avenue in GRA, Benin City, Edo State.

HIS FIRST WIFE BUKKY

The Oni was previously married to Olori Adebukola, popularly called Bukky. He took this second wife when Bukky left the marriage because as an ardent christian she could not cope with the rigors of the demands of the traditional rites and sacrifices expected of an Olori. Their marriage was blessed with a daughter.

THE NEW BRIDE.

Not much is known of her but from the looks of this woman she looks like someone who is allergic to smiling. Not one picture of her shows her smiling. Maybe she is just tired of the rigors of the planning and all that but sister a smile would's hurt.

There are unconfirmed rumours that the woman Wurola has been married severally which has led her to change her name from various encounters. This may explain why her name is different from her parents'
